Walking Meditation
You've never quite experienced walking like this before! Done outside, weather permitting, this is a reflective and quieting experience that calms the mind, opens the heart and grounds the body.
Mindfulness Meditation
Based on traditional Buddhist practice, involves focusing on the breath, noticing and labeling your thoughts. Usually done with eyes partially open and ‘heavy’ lids.
Sound Meditation
Beginning with calming breathing and meditation, this class will end with a mini-sound bath, incorporating the peaceful and healing sounds of singing bowls, bells, chimes and more, bringing the body and mind to a state of serene quiet.
Meditation Sampler
An hour-long workshop focusing a short time each on four different types of meditation. A great way to help determine which classes are right for you!
