Dancing Mindfulness- Who says that you need to stay perfectly still for meditation? Dancing Mindfulness incorporates quiet meditation, stretching, aerobics, and free-style dance, accompanied by music that you love. This class is for all levels and no experience in dance or anything else is needed. It’s part workout, part meditation and all fun! (Stay tuned for our next scheduled date)
