Sound Bath Meditation- indulge yourself in a heavenly hour of soothing sound and luscious relaxation! Meditate to the soothing, healing sound of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and more. An ideal way to end a weekend and prepare for a busy week ahead. December 1st, 3-4 p.m. $25.00 or included with membership.
Dancing Mindfulness- Who says that you need to stay perfectly still for meditation? Dancing Mindfulness incorporates quiet meditation, stretching, aerobics, and free-style dance, accompanied by music that you love. This class is for all levels and no experience in dance or anything else is needed. It’s part workout, part meditation and all fun! (Next offered Sunday, November 17th at 2:00 p.m.) $20.00 or included with membership.
Labyrinth Mindful Walking Meditation- Beginning with a short seated meditation, you will spend time walking through our Labyrinth- a reflective and quieting experience that calms the mind, opens the heart and grounds the body. (Next offered Sunday, November 17th at 3:30 p.m.) Regular drop-in class price or included with membership.
