May 11th- 1:00- 2:00-  Meditation Sampler– learn about different types of meditation in an hour-long workshop. Discover which ones work best for you! (Offered monthly; check schedule for upcoming dates)

June 1st- 1:00- 2:00- Meditation 101– perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to get more comfortable with their practice. (Offered monthly; check schedule for upcoming dates)

Saturday, May 4th – 1:00 – 1:30- Complimentary Meditation for Students of all Ages. Our kids are under so much social and educational pressure these days; learning to meditate can do wonders to help manage their stress. A quieting and calming practice for kids of all ages, but your child should be able to sit relatively still for 30 minutes.

Saturday, May 11th- 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.- Complimentary Loving-Kindness Meditation in Honor of Mother’s Day. Whether or not you have a mother; are a mother (of a human or pet!); love a mother; or know a mother, please join us for this joyful, life-affirming practice!

Saturday, May 18th- 10:00 a.m.- Complimentary Walking Meditation in Irwin Park. Walking Meditation allows us to experience and appreciate the sights and sounds of nature in a way that we rarely do. Weather permitting. Meet at the beginning of the trail just to the right of the park entrance.

Grounded Meditation is the culmination of years of work with students from all backgrounds and Diane’s realization that what appears to be consistently missing from nearly everybody’s life is the ability to just STOP and be present, alone and peaceful with one’s self, even for short periods of time.
