As life gradually begins to return to “normal,” many of us feel more stressed than ever; worrying about “what happens next”. To help deal with these feelings, Grounded Meditation proudly presents a signature “Curb Your Anxiety” workshop. During this event, you will learn and practice various techniques which may include working with energy to balance your chakras; breathing techniques (Pranayama) to help calm your mind and body; EFT Tapping; and Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
