Curb Your Anxiety- Our signature relaxation workshop! This unique, interactive workshop will help you learn how to relax amidst the ever-changing landscape of our world. As life gradually begins to return to “normal,” many of us feel more stressed than ever; worrying about “what happens next”. To help deal with these feelings, Grounded Meditation proudly presents a signature “Curb Your Anxiety” workshop. During this event, you will learn and practice various techniques which may include working with energy to balance your chakras; breathing techniques (Pranayama) to help calm your mind and body;  EFT Tapping; and Progressive Muscle Relaxation. We wind up with an ultra-relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) accompanied by a live Soundbath! The ultimate in self-care!

Dancing Mindfulness- Who says that you need to stay perfectly still for meditation? Dancing Mindfulness incorporates quiet meditation, stretching, aerobics, and free-style dance, accompanied by music that you love.  This class is for all levels and no experience in dance or anything else is needed. It’s part workout, part  meditation and all fun!
