What to Expect:
Acupuncture: Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Acupuncture, where fine needles are gently placed at specific points on your body to promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and support overall well-being. Whether you're new to Acupuncture or a seasoned participant, this experience will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Stephanie Coogan, Acupuncturist extraordinaire, will be using “The 4 Gates” protocol to painlessly place very thin needles on the back of the hand and foot. At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
