About the event
With the natural beauty of the Transformation Center CT as your backdrop, you’ll experience two ultra-special healing modalities to indulge your body, mind and soul! Listen to the soothing serenade of a Grounded Meditation sound bath while Carol of Harmony Yoga Studio leads you through a flow of restorative yoga poses, designed to relax and rejuvenate! Sound bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more will accompany the instructor throughout this delicious practice! Please bring a yoga mat, 2 bed pillows or bolster, and 2 blankets. A meditative Labyrinth Walk is available just before the Sound Bath, so come early for that!

Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
