Join us for a unique and rejuvenating collaboration between Grounded Meditation, Harmony Yoga, and The Salt Cave of Darien! Immerse yourself in an oasis of relaxation, while the healing properties of Sound Bath instruments, therapeutic Himalayan Salt, and Restorative Yoga converge to provide an extraordinary journey of well-being.
Carol from Harmony Yoga will guide you through a Restorative Yoga session designed to nurture and restore your body, mind and soul. The gentle postures, supported by props, allow for deep relaxation, stretching, and healing, while you breathe in the pure, mineral-rich air of the salt cave. The practice will be accompanied by a Grounded Meditation Sound Bath from Diane, incorporating the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other harmonious instruments. As the resonant frequencies wash over you, they will promote deep relaxation and release tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
