Have you always wanted to try yoga and thought you were not flexible enough? Have you always wanted to try meditation but feel that your mind wanders too much? This workshop is for YOU! Carol of Harmony Yoga will teach you the basics, the yoga culture of do’s and don’ts, how to breathe for relaxation, not stress in your body, some simple poses that will heal your backs, your shoulders and your bellies. Diane from Grounded Meditation will teach the meditation basics with simple techniques to quiet your mind. You will have time for questions and answers!

$35 in advance $40 at the door. Bring your own mat and any other props you would like- cushion, blanket, bolster, etc.
