About this Event

Meditation is not a ‘one size fits all’ experience. Some people like to be led through the entire session; others prefer little direction. This workshop will take you through four types of meditation from minimally to fully guided. We’ll explore Mindfulness, Mantra, and Loving Kindness Meditations and wrap up with a deep, guided Yoga Nidra session accompanied by the peaceful, calming sounds of Crystal and Tibetan bowls.
