Yoga Nidra (also known as ‘yogic sleep’) is a guided meditation which will bring you to a profound state of relaxation and calm. Through visualization, affirmations, breath work, sound and more, you will be led into a place of deep inner peace. The live accompaniment of sound bowls and healing instruments complete the experience making for the ultimate in stress management and self care- a necessity in our constantly changing world.
The health of us all is our primary concern and Core Burn New Canaan follows all COVID safety protocols. Due to social distancing requirements, space is very limited and masks are required. Register early!
Please bring your own mat and any other props that you would like- blanket(s), bolster, eye pillow, etc. We will not be providing any of these items.
