Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality using light touch to tap into one’s own life force sometimes, referred to as chi. The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for this energy to connect with the body’s innate healing abilities.

Cancellation Policy

At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
