Sound Healing

Whether you need some release from the growing stresses of everyday life or prefer to focus on a specific physical or emotional issue; we will work with you one-to-one to address your concerns.
Scientific studies have shown the beneficial effects of certain types of sound on the mind and body. Through the use of crystal and Tibetan bowls; tuning forks; drums and other instruments, we will create a customized and targeted session to help assist you on your healing journey.
We use instruments on and off the body to create vibrational energy which will help to bring you into a relaxed state, open to healing and multiple psychological and physical benefits.
This type of sound therapy has been associated in some cases to aid in reducing anxiety and depression; ease pain; lower blood pressure; and create an overall more relaxed state of body and mind.
