Meditation Classes

While there are many styles of meditation, Grounded offers several choices, all of which are easy to understand and practice. Try them all and decide what works best for you. Regardless of which you prefer, each of them has essentially the same ultimate goal- to encourage you to stay in the present and let go of all that extra ‘stuff’ cluttering up your mind!

Virtual and In-Person Private or Semi-Private Mediation Sessions are $100 per hour for up to six people. Each additional person  is $25.00 additional per hour.

Three-pack private or semi-private- $225.00 (up to six people)

Ten Private Sessions for up to six people- $800.00 (price for additional people to be  adjusted accordingly)

Meditation Sampler Workshop – $35.00

Curb Your Anxiety Workshop- $35.00
