While there are many styles of meditation, Grounded offers several choices, all of which are easy to understand and practice. Try them all and decide what works best for you. Regardless of which you prefer, each of them has essentially the same ultimate goal- to encourage you to stay in the present and let go of all that extra ‘stuff’ cluttering up your mind!

GROUNDED MEDITATION is now offering memberships! For just $49.99 per month, you get unlimited group classes (including Grounded workshops) and open sit times in our lovely, serene studio-  perfect for those moments that you need some ‘me’ time in a peaceful and quiet environment!* (For a limited time, one 30-minute Infrared Sauna treatment at Pryority Wellness is included with all  memberships!)

Single Class- $18.00

Monthly unlimited membership- $49.99 (auto-renew only)- includes unlimited classes, Grounded workshops, open sit time- subject to availability.

Five-class pack- $75.00

Ten-class pack- $100.00

Meditation Sampler- $35.00 (learn and try four different types of meditation in a 90-minute session)

Meditation 101- $30.00 (learn or re-learn the basics of meditation! One hour class offered monthly)

“Find Your Calm”- two private sessions; two months unlimited group classes; two months open sit time – $199.00 ($300 value!)
