Maybe you’ve thought about it but didn’t think it was right for you or didn’t know how to get started. Grounded makes it easy for you to begin a meditation practice by taking the mystery out of meditation and offering accessible, user-friendly classes that can benefit everyone!

Meditation Classes

While there are many styles of meditation, Grounded offers several choices, all of which are easy to understand and practice. Try them all and decide what works best for you. Regardless of which you prefer, each of them has essentially the same ultimate goal- to encourage you to stay in the present and let go of all that extra ‘stuff’ cluttering up your mind!

First class – $10.00 (normally $20.00)

One-month unlimited for new students-  $99.00  (normally $199.00)

Multiple class packages available upon request!

Rates do not include CT sales tax. Class cards expire one year from date of purchase. Unlimited class packages  may be used for Meditation Sampler or Meditation 101  workshops.

Single Class- $20.00

One-month unlimited- $199.00

Yearly unlimited- $1,500.00

Meditation Sampler- $35.00 (learn different types of meditation in one hour-long session)

Meditation 101- $35.00 (one hour class offered once a month)

Monthly unlimited membership- $49.99 per month (auto-pay required)

“Find Your Calm”- two private sessions and two months unlimited group classes- $199.00
