Grounded Meditation is excited to now offer virtual Sound Healing sessions! Whether you need some release from the growing stresses of everyday life or prefer to focus on a specific physical or emotional issue; we will work with you one-on-one to address your concerns. Scientific studies have shown the beneficial effects of certain types of sound on the mind and body. Through the use of crystal and Tibetan bowls; tuning forks; drums and other instruments, we will create a customized and targeted session to help assist you on your healing journey. This type of sound therapy has been associated in some cases to aid in reducing anxiety and depression; ease pain; lower blood pressure; and create an overall more relaxed state of body and mind.
